Joe has helped people pursue their most cherished goals for more than 20 years with thoughtful and well-designed financial plans. He believes his caring and organized approach helps his clients feel more confident about the financial matters in their lives.

Joe has worked at Maier & Associates since 1999 and heads the team’s investment research committee. He also focuses on helping companies manage and monitor their 401(k) plans. Joe holds Series 7, 63, 66, and life, health and variable licenses.

As a Retirement Income Certified Professional®, Joe has the knowledge to manage the transition from a client’s working years to retirement, providing smart strategies for creating sustainable income. As a Behavioral Financial Advisor, he helps clients make better financial decisions by striving to remove behavioral biases from the equation.

Joe serves as a board member of Just For Kids, the Children’s Grief Center – Great Lake Bay Region and supports other local organizations such as Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, Toni & Trish House, and Bay Area Youth Football. He is a member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce and the 100 Club of Bay County.

Joe is from Bay City and lives in Kawkawlin, Michigan, with his wife, Stephanie, and their sons, Logan, Joe Jr. and Nicolas. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, coaching youth football and spending time with his family.
